can a blog be removed?

character assassination. i’ve recently found out that there has been a blog started with my full name in the Header, and it looks to be an ex-girlfriend who is labeling me as a Psychopath/Narcissist. I really do not know who it is for sure, but have some idea who it may be. is there any recourse? is it okay for someone to stay anonymous, as they reveal a full name to the public? Should I care? What does this say about the person writing the blog? Are they hurting, vindictive, angry, not accepting of their share of reason why the relationship ended?
