Can a blog owner sign me up?

    I have been getting emails of a thread. I haven’t signed up to the blog, and haven’t had any updates or new stories. Why would I get a thread that is nothing to do with me? Can a blog owner sign me up or add me? The blog that is causing problems is wordsofloveforever.wordpress.com and belongs to Susanne Hudson travellingthrough1
