Can a Blog whole blog be password protected?

    I have 3 blogs. I want one of my blogs, not the primary one, to be password protected. Meaning in order for anyone to view it they need a password except for me. Is this possible?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Yes, but it’s more efficient to just make it a Private blog and invite the people you want to see it.

    In order to password-protect an entire blog, you need to edit every single post and page to set it as Password-Protected.

    Do they need an account with WP. I made the blog private but when I added names they disappeared. I need to keep track of who views the blog.
