Can a developer help me mirror all of the data over to a new theme?

    Hi there!

    I am wondering if there is someone I can talk to (a site host?) about mirroring over all of my data onto a new theme. I want to change the theme of my site and was wondering if we could move the database over to the new site in a dev environment before publishing? Please help! I need someone to contact me, it’s impossible to find a point of contact fr WordPress.

    What you’re describing can be possibly be done by your current hosting provider. Have you tried contacting them and ask them if they can set up a staging environment for your site?

    I am not understanding how to find the site host in order to contact them. This website you provided just gives an IP address. I need to call someone who works for WordPress that can help me with data migration and theme set up. Does this company seriously have no points of contact????
