Can a free account be able to use html attributes and or CSS?

  Hi Ones!

  I tried to use html body link color, text color, bgcolor, to define a whole page, but they don’t work! Also CSS styling don’t work either! So are free accounts able to use any of these stylings for a whole page? If so what tags, and how they are properly rendered?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You won’t able to use all the HTML tags for your WordPress.com site,
  Please follow this link and check the list of the tags allowed
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  At WordPress.com you use Themes to style your website or blog, default HTML and CSS is used to build this themes, so you don’t have to worry about coding but if still, you want to use you can do that too.

  You can add custom CSS if you have Custom Design, which is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans.
