Can a non-member of WordPress comment?

    Is it possible that a non-member of WordPress can comment on my post, or do you have to be a member to comment?
    Could you tell me how to change the settings so anyone can comment on my post?

    dashboard -> options -> discussion

    Before a comment appears:

    * An administrator must always approve the comment
    * Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
    * Comment author must have a previously approved comment

    if you leave the options above unchecked then anyone can comment.
