Can a page be a hyperlink to my home page for people who go to perma-link page?

  People come to my blog through search engines and wind up on a perma-link post. If they do not know enough to click on the Title at the top to get to my home page, I created a page called “Home Page” which appears as a Tab with other pages. I would like the Home Page tab simply to work as a hyperlink and go directly from the perma-link post webpage that they navigated to from their seach to my home page, but I could not figure out how to do that, and it may not be possible, so I just have another hyperlink to my home http://betweentwocities.com. Is there any way I can make the page such that clicking on the tab takes you directly to the home, rather than having to put in another hyperlink?

  To do that, you’ll need to create your own menu and insert this as a Custom Link.
