Can a post become a page?

  I am trying to find out if I can make previous posts into pages on my blog. I can’t seem to find a way to do this, but I would hate to have to retype everything into a new page.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The only way I am aware of is copy the posts into new pages. You wouldn’t have to retype. Then if you no longer want the old posts up, just Trash them.
