Can a post from "Trash" be restored?

  I published a post, and then wanted to “unpublish it”. Since I couldn’t fina a way to unpublish it, I moved it to the “trash”. I thought it would stay there, and I would be able to “restore” it at a later date if I wanted. But now the post is no longer ther (there is not even a link for the “trash” anymore.) Is there anything I can do to retrieve this post? I never “permanently deleted” it.

  All posts moved to the Trash folder are permanent deleted after 30 days:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#trash-collection

  In the future, if you’d like to un-publish a post, you can always change your post’s status or visibility via the Publish module on your Edit Post page:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/
