can a slanderous blog be removed?

Someone has set up a blog to slander my name.
The person who owns the page has used pictures of myself off the internet and is using them on the blog. He is slandering my name and using pictures he does not have the rights to. How can this blog be removed? I have reported him to the police on many occasions and I have a restraining order against him. Is there anyway of taking down this blog?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
