Can a tab be a hyperlink?

  Is it possible to set my blog up so that when a viewer clicks on one of the tabs at the top of my page, it will take them automatically to another site? In other words, can a tab double as a hyperlink?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  This is definitely possible!

  To do this go to Appearance > Menus and select ‘Links’ from the menu on the left. Add the URL you want to direct to and what you’d like to display on the tab. Make sure you save your changes!
