Can a theme you have used be changed anytime?

  Does anyone know how this works? Would I be notified if my client’s theme is to change for example? Or do themes usually not get updated once out there?!

  Themes do get modified. You won’t be notified. The menu bar of the Sketch theme has evidently been recently modified from a horizontal configuration to a drop-down menu hiding behind a button. I’ve seen several queries about this change in the support forum here. The WordPress Sketch theme pages do not yet reflect that modification.

  Thanks for the response. Does the same go for the paid for premium themes do you know?
