Can a wordpress blog be embedded into another website?

  I am creating a website for an organization who will be hosting their website elsewhere. Is there a way to embed the blog into one of the pages of the site? Not specifically my blog, but if they were to create a blog on wordpress.com?

  You could embed the blog itself in an iFrame, but it would look and function much better if you just linked to the blog here.

  Also, if your site was at example.com, you could map a subdomain to your blog here, like blog.example.com following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-subdomain/
