Can access WordPress through SiteGround, but not directly
-
I have an account at SiteGround, and have set up a website using WordPress obtained through SiteGround for an existing domain. When I try to install Jetpack, it takes me to a WordPress login screen, which recognizes my username (WordPressAdmin) but not my password. I have tried the lost password link several times, I have tried changing my password under my profile on my dashboard page, and I have tried having SiteGround fix the problem. They have suggested I contact you. Note: I set this account (JetPackIssues) up solely to access your support, since I cannot login with the WordPress account created through SiteGround. As noted above, the username with the issue is WordPressAdmin, the email associated with the account is (email visible only to moderators and staff), and the domain is mikerobinsonllc.com. Note also that I can access my dashboard through SiteGround. I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I did not type the last sentence. I DO NOT need help with test81006.wordpress.com. I reiterate: I set that account up solely in order to access WordPress support because I cannot access WordPress through the my account established at SiteGround.

Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
http://wordpress.org/support/P.S.: Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackIf you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
Cheers
