Can an admin delete the owner of a site?

Hello. I own (it got transferred to me) a site but there are other admins on my site. I’d like to know if these admins were able to kick me or made me a lower rank. thanks.

Administrators can do everything, including change users roles as stated here..
So the answer to your question is yes.

Can you tell me what does that mean?

It means that you can be the blog owner only if you’re an Administrator. A viewer or and editor can’t own the blog.
If you’re the blog owner but don’t want to be an Administrator anymore, you have to give up your blog ownership status and give it away to someone else (who’s going to be an Administrator).

Yes, I know. But I tried earlier on making my 2nd WP account admin, then tried to make the other account (site owner) author and it didn’t let me. I said I didn’t have permission to edit that, yet I am admin like you said.

The owner should not be able to be deleted by another Admin
An owner needs to transfer a blog to another owner, that will remove the owner from the blog
