Can an already used email be used to make a new site?

  I made a site, but decided on a different name and so I created a new one. I would like to be able to use the email that I used on the first in the event I create another blog. is it possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can reuse an email address. See the Reusing email addresses section of the Deleting Accounts support page for instructions.
