Can another word press blogger tag me on their forum without my consent?

There is someone who has tagged my name and my fiancee’s name to a libelous comment about us and it is showing up in OUR google search.. In fact for my fiancee’s it is on page one of his google search. For me because I have blogs and other social sites I can easily pressures his tag. Although I do not think I should have to do that.. I think there has to be some kind rule in place about tagging someone.

I see it on my google search and on my fiancee’s google search. He put it on Facebook and shared it with 267 people.. Who in turn they shared the link to word press. And although the libel part of it doesn’t concern word press .. What he posted went beyond the agreement of our settlement will be brought back to the judge for a breach.. We just want him to un tag us both as he does not have our constent to tag us in his crap.. If as I said he wants it on his business page.. Undet his own name which he tagged is fine .. He should un tag us both [removed] and [removed].. I get the first ammendment ..This is not any part of that first ammendment. To me it should not be allowed.

Yes that’s it .. We already know the case was dismissed although the rest of his post is libel.. Again we don’t care about the content.. That will be dealt with in court.. His point of tagging us was so it appears in our google search and it ranks high .. On my Fiancee’s google search it is on page one.. On mine because I have surpressed it is on page 3 or 4.. I should not have to surpress it.. He should un tag us both.. Keep it to Trevor McGuire singsnap Karoaoke and Trevor McGuire Singsnap

LOL I have been patient for months ..I only just realized that the best solution was to contact word press for assitance since I have tired asking this man very nicely to un tag us and instead of doing that he added more comments to his word press site. He stalks me on LinkedIn and recently he did it on July 31st the day I asked him to untag us.. Then on Aug 1st he added more content to his word press we are tagged on. Like I said… We only want him to untag us.. The rest we will deal with when we take his libelous comment on his word press site back to the judge who presided over this case. It is funny consdiering he claims I had a vendetta. It seems by his actions it is him who has the ongoing vendetta not us..

I gave you the user here .. His link.. the showing of the tagging.. I did that all in 2 reports .. If you are staff can’t you assit me? The process of filling out froms is not working for me. I am really desperate to get him to untag us.
