  My problem has been going on for a few days now and I need to contact someone at WordPress for help before I go to another blogging site

  It might be of some use to us here on the forum if we new exactly what the problem was.
  Describe it. Give us your blog URL to go and look at. There are people here who may be able to help but not without some form of guidance from you.
