Can anyone help design my wordpress blog?

I am by no means a coder, I am a graphic designer and after that Im an idiot. I understand some basic code like linking to external sites and changing out images. I am looking for someone to help me design something similar to http://thebykeproject.com/
I am starting a photography portfolio and would love to do it in blog form. So if you can help with the photo gallery side even better! But not necessary. Please let me know if you can help at all. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Im a recent college grad and Im just trying to get my career started. Thanks a mil! -

I have done absolutely nothing to it what so ever. I dont know even how to start editing it the way Id like to, all I can do is design.

Well, the bad news is you’re probably going to have to either learn a little CSS or pay someone. If you look at the top of the forum:

You’ll see the Sandbox contest, and that shows some predesigned CSS designs that you can just copy and paste into your blog using the Sandbox theme. If you want, you can use those once you’ve purchased the CSS upgrade just by copying and pasting. Otherwise, you’re probably going to have to learn the CSS yourself, using the resources listed at the top of the forum.
