Can Anyone Help from WordPress itself or the Community Forumsd

  I clicked for the latest version of wordpress (which I have been doing for over 4 years) but now – I have these warnings WITHOUT any instructions of how to fix the problem,. I have entered this problem on WP forums to no avail – can someone help – here are the warnings
