  A follower signed up for alerts from my blog, but she said all the emails come through blank.

  Hi,

  I’m sorry to hear about that. I haven’t seen any reports of email notifications appearing blank recently.

  Can you ask your follower to enter their email address here?

  Once they get the email with the subscription management link, have them try switching the Email format—in the Settings page—to Plain text to see if that changes things.
