  I want to say its by genesis framework but i cant tell nor do I know how to find out the way some people know how to.

  This is wordpress.COM where the only themes we can use on our blogs are found here https://wordpress.com/themes/

  We provide support only for blogs hosted by wordpress.COM and no others and that site is not one of them.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
