Can anyone suggest a FREE newsletter manager?

  I am using PHPlist, but it is very difficult to set up. I am looking for a free newsletter manager that can be used with wordpress, perhaps a plugin (one without a upper limit of emails that can be sent out and without an upper limit of total emails)

  Does anyone know of a good one?
