  Just copy all in html view and past it in a new post.

  but I WILL delete my old blog that is runnig on the wordpress then there is any problem ,and how I can move all my traffic from the wordpress to the blogspot

  If u index it with html tag u can see it that the link will have your old blobindex file. so its not possible. you can move traffic by giving a link to ur old blog to ur new one.
