  New to this and I’m sure it’s been asked before. I bookmarked my page ajpierro.wordpress.com but when I go to it, it asked me to sign in to view it. Does this mean that any friends or family that would want to visit my site must sign up to do so? Any help would be appreciated.

  Looks like the address was inside his post (but without the http) : http://ajpierro.wordpress.com. Are you married with two dogs? If yes then it means I did read your page and that your blog is accessible to all. It might be that you bookmarked http://ajpierro.wordpress.com/wp-admin instead of just bookmarking http://ajpierro.wordpress.com , that might be why yhou are prompted to log in when yhou click on your bookmark, because the address ending with “wp-admin” is the way for you to get to your dashboard. Hope that helps.
