Can barely read the text when editing

  It doesn’t matter which font or browser I choose, it’s nearly impossible to read the damn text when I try to edit. I’ve tried both Chrome and Edge. Is this a flaw your end?

  Have you perhaps changed any of the accessibility settings in Windows, like contrast or color settings?

  Thanks for looking into it.

  That’s really weird. I haven’t changed any settings on my computer since I bought it over a year ago and it hasn’t been an issue until now. :(

  Can you check if the same thing also happens with Firefox?

  I’d have to download and install it. But I’m guessing, as I’ve tried it on two browsers already, that it won’t miraculously change in Firefox.

  I downloaded your desktop app too and it didn’t make a difference. It’s just strange that no other text editing applications are affected.

  What settings on the computer should I look for? Iow, what would be a “wrong” setting for contrast /colour? Something could have been changed during a Windows update…..

  If you tested this with various browsers and it looks the same on all, the issue must be with global settings on your computer.

  My settings are nothing out of the ordinary, so I’ve no idea wtf is going on. It’s still impossible to use the editor, which is… great. If it’s a setting screwing with it, why doesn’t it affect any other text editor?

  For whatever reason it seems to respond to being zoomed in to 110% or higher. Any idea what might be causing that…?

  First, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/

  If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

  If it is, please do these two things:

  1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

  2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
