Can Categorise be expanded

  Hi Awesome Support,

  I have one Question, I may be dump but please forgive me.

  I have a Category widget on the right, Is it possible when I or user click on a specific Category, All the posts with in that Category are expanded in a list.

  No I’m sorry but that “list” feature is not available. You can gave the display as a dropdown. You can crate a hierarchical structure using sub-categories. You can display the posts counts in the categories and subcategories. See here got the options available > http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/categories-widget/

  I’ll say a few more words about the Display in Categories and in Archives so you understand that WordPress.com themes are derived from very creative open source web developers. They are not cookie cutter themes. In most themes, posts on Categories and Archives pages display the same way as they do as they do on the front page or your blog or the static page you assign to display posts on. That means in some themes only the very beginnings of posts are displayed, and in some you only get titles or thumbnails.   P.S. Thanks for the avatar compliment. I emailed a photo to my hairdresser. She emailed it to her niece in art school and she made me an avatar. :)

  I didn’t know that. Hopefully, I’ll remember when I need a new one. :)

  The photo was a good one. It was clear and I was smiling in it. What I like about the avatar is it doesn’t show the wrinkles and laugh lines. Yes, I am that vain … lol :D

  The Avatar shows a person, Who loves what he do, He cares for himself and others and is very happy in doing so. I can see a very honest and dedicated person behind this Avatar.
