Hi
Is it possible for reader/vistor to post comment and publish it without needing me to moderate it (accept it)?
Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes and if you want to invite every spammer in the world to hit the blog that’s how to do it.

You don’t have to require a log-in or an email address from commenters, but if you don’t then you have flung doors to your blog wide open to spammers. See more on that at the end of my comment please.
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

Other comment settings
_Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
_Users must be registered and logged in to commentNote that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear but providing an email address and logging in are not required.
You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You copy and paste this into a text widget:
Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.

It’s my strongly held opinion that anyone who opens their blog to anonymous commenting ought to think again because anonymous commenting is bound to increase the amount of spam your blog will receive.

I Admin for two friends blogs and we allow anonymous (no email required etc.) – but the comments are still moderated – Low traffic sites so the number of comments are low and not an issue – there was one case 3 weeks ago where someone put a bunch of personal family financial info in a comment (I guess did not understand what email is for) – and the Moderate Comments stopped that from going public
No Moderation at your risk – I be with @TT on this one
