Can Create Menus But Not Menu Pages To Add To Menu Structure

    I am able to Create New Menus and they show up in the drop down box which can be edited but they do not show up on the left side of the screen under “Pages” so that they can be added to the right side of the page.

    I am trying to create menu tabs for my home page, and all pages, in a more traditional website layout and I am a beginner. Any guidance would be appreciated greatly.
