No. As stated in the announcement post http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2014/11/26/black-friday-special-a-year-of-unlimited-premium-themes/ about this special, it only applies with new purchases of the WordPress.com Premium plan. And, Staff
Staff have already replied to those who did not read carefully that this special is available only to new Premium users, and not those who already have existing upgrades.
