can deleted blog be recycled?

  hi, if i delete a blog, the blog address can’t be recyclied for other users to sign up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  once a blog URL is deleted it is gone forever and will not be recycled

  if you want to give the blog name away – leave a contact form on the opening page or for easier – a note that URL can be had and ask a person to leave a comment if they want the blog name – then set the comments to “Moderate” “must be approved by…” so you will get an email if someone ever wanders to the blog
