Can embed vid on WP.org but not on WP.com

  Hello there,
  My blog seem to be unable to embed a video from an uncommon player.
  The video can be embedded on WordPress.org but not on my wordpress.com-based blog.
  The video is here http://www.tvbrussel.be/nl/video/4/brusselaars-halen-expats-uit-hun-bubbel
  Is there a way to tweak the code and make the embed possible?

  Hi MR,

  There is a way to display this video on your site, but you’ll need the direct video file URL. Looking at the source code on your WordPress.org site, I see this address: http://upload.tvbrussel.be/20131017BV63XL_EUROBUBBLERS.mp4

  We can embed that into WordPress.com using our [video] shortcode using this format: [video src="http://upload.tvbrussel.be/20131017BV63XL_EUROBUBBLERS.mp4"]

  I appreciate it! However, the embed is too large for my template now. How can I change the size of the video using such shortcode?

  Hi Marco,

  You can set the height and width within the shortcode, a la [video src=file height=200 width=300], etc.

  As a head’s up the gigya shortcode is officially unsupported and could change/stop working at anytime. If it works for you now, great, but a fair warning. :-)
