Can have a private blog with unlimited users?

  I would like to use WordPress for a private blog with an unlimited number of users — one that user would need to log into in order to read and provide comments. Is it possible to do this for more than 5 users?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. There are no limits on the number of official users but you can only send 10 invitations out at a time (spammer prevention). If you’d like to invite others to publish posts or help approve comments on your blog, you can invite them to be a Contributor, Editor, or Author. http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/

  Yes, but you will have to invite them 10 at a time.
  dashboard—>users—>invite new

  Invite up to 10 email addresses and/or WordPress.com usernames, separated by commas. Those needing a username will be sent instructions on how to create one.
