Can I access an old WordPress Account?

  I recently launched a new website but want to be able to log into my old account and pull content that wasn’t migrated.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I do but when I log in now after the launch I’m not seeing any of my old content.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of the site connected to your old account? You can also provide the actual username and/or email that is connected to the account and we can look the account up from our end. The email will be redacted from the post and only staff will be able to view it.

  Hi @ostrichmintvarda72429,

  Looking at your account, you have no sites listed. Do you perhaps have another WordPress.com account for your old site?

  Additionally, sightmd.com is not hosted with WordPress.com. If your old WordPress.org site was previously connected with Jetpack, you’ll need to login to your site by going to, for example, sightmd.com/wp-admin. You can then export your content, which you can then import into a new site.
