Can I access my Dashboard via my homepage?

  I have a homepage for my colleagues and I want them to give the post articles on my blog. So I would like to make a button on that homepage that links to the blog without any loggin-procedure so the visitor can write an article as an author.

  The Meta Widget allows users to log in via their blog’s Sidebar. Perhaps this might meet your needs to allow your co-workers to post to your blog:

  Additionally, in order for your colleagues to contribute to your blog as authors, you will need to add them as users. Directions on how to do this are available here:
