Can I access my blog if it’s tabbed in my expired website?

  I have a blog out there called “Crashblog” that is part of a website I created a year ago. The website
  expired and I am making some changes – hence, not renewing – but I think my blog is stuck in there – as
  a tab. Any thoughts? It is a WordPress blog that is tabbed through Network Solutions (my expired hosting package).
