Can I access theme files?

  I have Wu Wei theme.

  No you cannot. WordPress.com is a multiuser blogging platform. We do not have access to theme or template files and we bloggers cannot edit themes or templates. All blogs here wearing the same theme are using the same template. Only Staff can access those files and edit themes or templates and every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme.

  With the Custom Design upgrade we can stylize the themes here with CSS, but CSS cannot be used to change or add functionality. It is for styling only.
