Can I ad the plug IN adRotate to my blog hosted by wordpress ?

  I would like to add a plu-in allowing to manage buttons and bannering campaigns to my blog.

  Is this possible on a blog hosted on wordpress.com ?

  Can I add it with the template I’m using right now ?

  We do have an advertising program called WordAds.

  Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.
  There are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
