can I add a Follow button for non-WordPress users?

  I have a WordPress site hosted by Bluehost. I want to add a Follow button that works for anyone, not just WordPress users. I contacted Bluehost but they didn’t understand what I wanted. Can you let me know if it’s possible to do this? Thanks

  Certainly! You can use our Jetpack plugin. One of the features is an email subscription widget (aka “Follow Blog widget):
