Can i add a form with pictures?

  Im looking for a way to create a form on the site which includes pictures
  My buisness is for personalised candle making

  I want a form to ‘choose a colour’ – and I want them to click on the picture of the colour

  Can this be done???
  Help please – Im a beginner!

  No this cannot be done. We have code restrictions due to security concerns. You can place an image on the page that has your contact form on it though. What can be done when it comes to customization is found here > contact form
