Can I add a forum to my blog?

  I’m assuming the answer is no, however I want to know if this workaround is possible:

  I would like to add a “discussion” section to my blog, where I pretty much just post topics and leave it open for commenting. I know this is possible, so my plan is to just post the discussions, add them to a “discussion” category, and create a menu for discussions.

  BUT, can I “sticky” a post within a specific category, so it only shows up at the top if you select that menu, but not in the article archive.
