  Can i add a HOVERing tagline to my blog title?
  (I have the free version; is this available on the $99 upgrade?)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see that i can add a tagline to the blog title, but i would like the tagline to show only when hovered over.
  (I am not a techie, so code info won’t help me.)
