Can I add a map of locations to my site?

  Hey guys,

  I’d like to add a page onto my site that displays a world map pinning all the locations I’ve visited, pulling the data from the location set to each post. When you click on a pin, it links you to the post related to that location.

  I’ve tried searching through the support & forum sections here but I can’t seem to find any info on how to achieve this. Is this kind of this supported with WordPress.com or will I need to self-host?
