Can I add a meta tag?

  Im trying to get my blog to be more visible to everyone like Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc. , can I add the meta tag generated by Google web master somewhere in the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot add meta data to a wordpress.com blog, however, it has not been used for a long time by Google and Matt Cutts, of Google has confirmed it is not being used now and will not be used in the future.It was too easily manipulated by webmasters gaming the system to be valuable any more.
