What is the url for your wordpress.com blog? Will you please post it?
All wordpress.com themes allow for pages to be created.
-> Write -> Page
The differences between a post and a page http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/11/11/a-post-and-a-page/Re: Pages
Pages sit outside the blog structure. They do not automatically update. They are intended for static content that rearely, if ever, changes. Pages can only be updated by editing them. They cannot be assigned categories. They do not get as much Google juice as the posts on your front page which does automatically update gets. -

I appreciate any help. I want more tabs at the top of my page. Like a binder with dividers…but I want more dividers.
THANKS!

Follow the directions thistimethisspace gave you and you will be able to add pages.
Do note that you are sort of limited on the number of pages due to the width of the blog. In other words, you can typically only get about 6 tabs across the top of the page, maybe 7. If you have more, this theme sort of “breaks” and the navigation tabs at the top go into rows and look quite bad.

When you speak of dividers what you are referring to is Pages. And it’s very important to note that blogs only have one page that will automatically update with every new published post. Which page this is, usually the front page, can be changed but only one page is dynamic.
Also note that no wordpress.com blogs have “www” in their urls. The correct url for your blog is http://whatwouldlizziebennetdo.com/
