Can I add a payment section for customers?

I am using this site to sell a service and just wondered if there is a function for me to add payment boxes/paypal etc?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can add a “Donate” button from PayPal. That’s it.
That said, wordpress.com is for blogs. not for commercial sites selling services or products.
