can i add a photo/avatar to my blog?

  Is there a way to add the same avatar that shows up everywhere else to the blog page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site linked to your name is not a WordPress.com blog.
  In addition, it does not seem to be a site using wp.org software.

  We certainly need a link to your site, starting with
