Can I add a quiz question with radio buttons to a blog?

    Hi everyone
    I’d like to add a question along these lines to my blog:
    Which is the correct answer?
    a
    b
    c
    d
    Then they click on an answer and see the results.
    Is that possible – it’s just one question rather than a whole quiz.
    I’m using the free version of WordPress.
