Can I add a registration form for a non-profit golf tournament?

My daughter is working for a business that is sponsoring a non-profit golf tournament. I know WordPress.com doesn’t allow commercial blogs, but since this is a non-profit event, can they set up a blog about the tournament and put a registration form on it? The form would have a link to a site where people can pay the registration fee. Is this allowed?
