Can I add a security question in lieu of a password for my page viability?

  I want to have my pages “password” protected, but would like to actually have a question that must be answered in order to view the page. Is this possible?

  Unfortunately, that is not possible with WordPress.com blogs at the moment. However, you can submit a new feature request at the ideas forum and the folks from WordPress.com will consider implementing it :)
